happy easter!

an extra special bonus to our trip was that we spent easter with aunty mary and uncle dean! living so far from family makes holidays a little rough, and this felt like we were with family. we really enjoyed ourselves, and we hope they liked having us too!

coen's fav stuffy is a lamb (fleecy) the easter bunny brought 3 years ago. he was real excited to introduce her to his new lamb (punahoe) that the bunny brought this year. they are getting along well, in case you were wondering.

easter 2014

we had a wonderful easter weekend at our house. on good friday we accepted an offer for the sale of our house, and hours later hosted a baby shower for our very dear friends. no joke. i was literally vacuuming when i got the phone call. heard the news of escrow and then hung up and continued vacuuming. i had a party to throw! the weekend continued with all the traditional easter hoopla and ended with an awesome worship service in honor of our Savior. i am grateful for the chance to fill the house with extra memories and love that weekend before we had to start packing our lives up in boxes.
celebrating the little loewen #3!

we stayed in our pj's allllll day, then fancied up for an evening service at church. thank you, Jesus for giving us these sweet souls to love and shape and kiss and hug.
